When a gang of unknowns move into the area to reap their own form of harvest... the streets no longer are safe, and they certainly are not a place for the law abiding citizens that usually pace the concrete slabs that compose the sidewalks.
A few locals gather and try to make a stand, but they find they are singled out, beaten down and made to withdraw. Only youth of equal stamina, desire and persistence can rival such thugs. It becomes their job in "Taking Back the Streets"
